Steps to reproduce:
I dont know. Maybe sync service issue when synced to multiple devices.
Actual results:
Duplicated History, Downloads, Feeds (look at the screenshot)
Expected results:
I should see only one history, etc
Can you reproduce using sync in a new profile?

After clearing settings it works fine until i will add my mobile phone to sync. Also it is not always like this. I can say, it is random, but happens with different FF versions: beta, aurora, stable.
Tomorrow I will uninstall FF, clear all files, folders, settings and reinstall in PC and phone.

You can use the reset function, that's much easier than reinstall:

Bug 1274496 seems like the closest, where we excluded left pane roots from syncing.
