Details
Specifically, I'm talking about the three-line ("hamburger", which is the worst name for an icon) icon that sits on the right of the screen at the same height as the URL bar and search box.
Since the settings icon is not "special" as a visual element, it would be quite useful to allow people to move that to a place that makes the most sense for a (not even necessarily power-) user.
