We have a payments-alt server but it's taking a lot of time to set up.

The payments-alt server appears to be working but it seems there are some problems when adding a boku account to an app. I tried to add an already used boku account (it worked when I first used it to an app) to an app but after pressing the save changes button the "Ooops.." error is displayed. Should we log this as a separate issue?
