We need to determine a few one-day training sprints in June we can lock down and offer to MP partners. Laura, Michelle - how can we best pick these dates for you guys. We might want to make them cross timezones for our different partners.

Do you mean doing a bunch of video live sessions on a single day? Or multiple one hour sessions that can span over several weeks? For picking dates, I'm in NYC June 16-20 and on PTO the week of June 23 (and traveling/offline working for a few days the week after that)

Sounds good! @Amira: do we have a rough overview of where partners are? Know there are lots in N. America, so should make one timezone friendly for them. Other hotspots? @Laura: can we start to identify Super Mentors / staffers who could lead this? It would be great to start phasing in more facilitators. Goal would be to have at least one where you don't have to lead. (yay for scaling!) Off the cuff, what about 1 per week after the first round of training. We can alternative timezones depending on geo spread. i.e. every Thur: June 12, 19, 26.

I think we have a few Super Mentors already, and staffers too. But this next month will hopefully determine MOAR as the first round of training rolls. just FYI I'll be in NYC June 19th and am off the 26th.

Online Training for partners will be live sessions hosted via Google Hangouts on Air (like these: https://beta.homago.com/category/technology/programming ) and I'll get you a breakdown of the session asap.
