Expected results:

Open download link the linux nightly or aurora SM version.

It is true that these files do not exist right now, but that is not a website issue. The builds are just not there (probably because they failed to be built). Once the files are there, the "website issue" will fix itself automatically.

They are dead because of bug 983536, libpango version >= 1.22.0 required on Linux.

AFAIK, the "latest" SeaMonkey trunk builds for Linux (L32 and L64) are 2.27a1 builds from Valentine's Day. They are available at:
http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/seamonkey/nightly/latest-comm-central-trunk/ (also by FTP of course).
