1 Change Outgoing call setting is to Sim 2
2 Run the USSD code (*123#) for Sim 2
3 Gaia/Gecko send the USSD code from SIM1.

I'm already working on fixing this in bug 1002327 so consider dup'ing against that bug. We might change the bug title to better reflect the issue (it's about making our MMI code DSDS-aware).
