The background of the navigation menu on the left side of the page is displayed
twice (once again to the right of the navigation bar).

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
Irrelivant

Actual Results:  Background should be displayed only once
Don't see that with 2001091303 (0.9.4) NT4. However, scrolling the page up/down is
very jerky on my 300MHz Pentium III.
Seen with NT4, on Moz 2001091803. Seems like Moz renders the table holding the
menu  too wide.
