Details
Currently all One and Done tasks display in a long un-ordered list. We should be able to set the sort order. Ideally we would have 5 of the easiest tasks display first, to encourage task participation.

This requirement has been updated to implementing a data value to each task. In the Create Task page you may assign the value of Easy/Intermediate/Advanced from a dropdown.
The list of tasks display in the signed in and signed out version of the homepage should display the tasks marked as "easy" by default.

The ability to assign a difficulty to a task has been included in bug 1005404, so this is complete, except for the part about making easy tasks the default ones to appear on the home page.
