Description:
According to the test-case https://moztrap.mozilla.org/manage/case/2255/ if a contact has 2 numbers of the same type (mobile) and from the same carrier, the call log should display the type, then the phone number but instead it is displaying the type and the carrier.

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Open_C to BuildID: 20140505000201
2) Receive a call from a contact that has two phone numbers with the same type and carrier (phone notes)
3) Open call log 
4)

Actual:
Call log entry will show phone type, then phone number
Expected:
Call log shows phone type, then carrier

bug 1045499 changed the way that we display call log entries. They're still indistinguishable, but they're no longer coalesced into one entry with a count of (2). So I'm marking this as invalid.
