Filing a bug for a new marketplace PR coming in soon.  Several bug fixes including an offline splash page, install/launch button fixes, and localization.

Assigning to me for the PR.  This should be 1.3T+ because the current marketplace is not consumer ready.  I'm aiming to get this in before the 10th.  We'll have another version between the 10th and 20th of this month.

Yeah.

BTW these ZIPs in Gaia tree really contributed to the git repo size a lot. We currently don't have a way to pull a remote zip during make, but if we do Marketplace app(s) should be the first apps to benefit from it.
