Bulk assigning P3 to all open intermittent bugs without a priority set in Firefox components per bug 1298978.

This timeout seems to happen exclusively on linux32-debug. On that platform, this is a long-running test: Over the last week, on linux32-debug, the average duration of this test was 44.75 seconds -- dangerously close to the 45 second timeout. Let's just request a longer timeout to avoid the failures.

Thanks Brian - I'll go with the longer timeout.

I also checked to see if this timeout persists with the coming changes in bug 1323625 -- it does.
