Steps to reproduce
-----------------------------------------------------------------------
1. Launch Marketplace and search for "File Manager"
2. Install "File Manager"
3. Launch File Manager
4. go to "extsdcard" -> "Music“
5. in music folder, Tap on refresh
6. go back to "extsdcard" folder
   --> You will see the parent folder is refreshing, and after a while many duplicate files are displayed.

Note: 
in step 5, I tap on refresh button twice. So there are two duplicates appears.
If I tap on refresh button more times, you will see more duplicates.

Go to Folder A -> Tap on refresh for multiple times -> Go to Folder B -> duplicates files appears

This doesn't seem to happen on 1.3 Buri
