Steps to reproduce:
Open the Browser Chrome
Enter the URL Rogers.com
Click on Shop button
Click on option Phones and devices
Select the phone to upgrade
Actual results:
User is eligible to upgrade the selected phone but couldn't upgrade it
Expected results:
User is able to see the upgraded phone with all features and can proceed for payment.
