1007496 - [ZTE Open C v1.3] [Gaia] - Icons disappear and apps stopped working. Phone still responds, but there are no graphics.

The phone still seems to respond, but I'm not able see any icons or use any apps. 

I wasn't sure how to describe this bug accurately, so I recorded a video along with the logcat. Please let me know if this is something that is helpful.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
1. I'm not sure how the phone got into this state. I simply turned on the screen.

Restarting the phone brought it back to normal.

Please let me know if there is any information I could provide to help with the investigation and troubleshooting of this issue.

Notes: With no solid STR I tried to replicate what I saw in the video - which consisted of having the following apps open: Settings, Messages, Calendar, Email, and Usage and then putting the phone into sleep and also allowing the phone to sleep automatically after a variety of time settings. This issue never reproduced.
