Add support for linking tests to external documentation. This request was made in github issues https://github.com/mozilla/datazilla/issues/98. b2g performance test documentation can be found here https://wiki.mozilla.org/B2G/Datazilla#Current_Tests. We could add a "?" icon where the test name gets set dynamically when a user selects a particular test. The "?" icon could be displayed to the right of the Tests menu label and would be set to whatever the currently selected test is. The icon would link to corresponding HTML anchor found in b2g wiki.
We will not be doing this. Treeherder will have this feature and it is due Q3 2014.
