Start a brandnew instance of firefox with no restored tabs. Open some websites and group them to two groups. Now open another blank tab, minimize firefox and lock your windows session with [Win]+R. After logging in again and opening the tab group screen (Ctrl+Shift+E or the related button), the tab groups are mislocated as it can be seen in the screenshot.
I was able to relocate all tab groups together by simply move one to its original position. The snapping worked correctly after moving the pressed mouse some pixel to the bottom.
Note: It might be possible that this only works with 2 monitors, one in landscape and one in portrait mode.

After a while i realized, that the issue has nothing to do with locking windows and also nothing with minimizing the firefox window.
I can reproduce the issue by simply open a new tab and close it again, and then open the Group Tabs page.
Summary: Group Tabs - Misplaced groups after locking the computer → Group Tabs - Misplaced groups when working with different monitor orientations

Component: Tabbed Browser → Panorama
+1 in FF 37.0
On top of that I get all my groups messed up everytime I re-dimension my Firefox window and I make the mistake of opening group tabs with Firefox window in a different size than full screen.
The result is this: http://i.imgur.com/8907LXd.png instead of having proper rectangles covering the whole window.

Not reproducible anymore since 40.0.2 (maybe even since 40.0)
@Flo C: Your bug seems to be different, maybe you should report this in a different bug.
