Steps to reproduce:
Open Browser Google Chrome
Enter URL Rogers.com
Click on option Shop button
Try to select a phone from product catalogue
Actual results:
Customer can select the phone and able to place an order
Expected results:
Customer is not eligible to upgrade the phone, so customer should not be able to select the phone
