Description:
The sign in page for logging into a Hotmail/Outlook account appears small on the device screen, taking up about half of the available space.

Repro Steps:
1) Update Open C to Build ID: 20140508000201
2) Advance through the FTU (make sure an internet connection is enabled) until the Import Contacts page is reached.
3) Tap the Outlook button.
4) Observe the appearance of the sign in page.

Actual:
The sign in page appears much smaller than the dimensions of the device screen allow.

Expected:
The sign in page size matches the dimensions of the device screen.

There is an older bug, I had closed it as duplicate but that was a mistake. I've reopened it and close this as dup of that..
