Noticed while doing script checks for bug 994248: region.properties for mobile is missing a webcal handler

en-US and all other locales use 30Boxes, so we should at least add this.

This patch adds 30Boxes for webcal, plus MPL license and style consistency (no space around =)

Actually, since Google is now an option per bug 899203#c9, I would like it to go first, Yandex second.
