Updating subject. @Tim Did you get that link in a specific page, or just tried typing it?
Locale: de / German
Summary: Redirection to english system-requierements from other locales (like german) → System requirements page is 404 for localized pages instead of redirecting to en-US
I’m not Tim ;-), but the link is on <http://www.mozilla.org/de/firefox/new/> when accessed with a non-Firefox browser. Click „Was ist neu“ below the download button. The link is <http://www.mozilla.org/de/firefox/notes/> which leads to <http://www.mozilla.org/de/firefox/29.0.1/releasenotes/>, which is 404.

Thanks, I was searching for a link online but couldn't find it.
(In reply to Francesco Lodolo [:flod] from comment #2) > @Tim > Did you get that link in a specific page, or just tried typing it? It was reported in a german IRC channel as a link from http://www.mozilla.org/de/firefox/desktop/.
This is also reported in #firefox, #sumo and on reddit http://www.reddit.com/r/firefox/comments/25d8tw/release_notes_404_page_not_found/ Discussion in IRC with jgmize about whether we could make sure that *any* content in the locale area that doesn't match to a localized content would default to the en-US version of the page requested.
