Description: If the user loses a game of 'Distant Orbit' and presses the pause button as the ship disappears, the pause menu will appear, but the game will continue in the background. Eventually this can disable the pause menu, where upon the game will function, but the pause menu will not go away.

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame to BuildID: 20140508000201
2) Download and install 'Distant Orbit' game app via the Marketplace
3) Proceed to lose the game
4) Press the top of the screen to bring up the pause menu right as the last ship is destroyed:

Actual:
Pause menu appears; in the background, game will continue to function. If this was the player's last life, the user will be returned to the main menu while in the pause menu, whereas the main menu is interactive but the pause menu becomes unresponsive.

Expected:
Game is fully paused, and the pause menu can be interacted with.
