Description:
when the user press the power button while playing Skate Jumper, the lockscreen will appear horizontal instead of vertical

Repro Steps:
1) Go to marketplace, download Skate Jumper
2) Open Skate Jumper, press play
3) Press the power button 
4) Press the power button again


Actual:
the lockscreen appears horizontal 

Expected:
the lockscreen should appear vertical

This and bug 1009682 are probably due to the same issue as bug 868914 -- the Skate Jumper app can still lock the screen orientation into landscape even as it has gone background.

I don't think so, see bug 1015073 comment 23.  FWIW as a general rule, everytime you think that code doesn't work it's probably a sign of gaia not telling Gecko when something is in the background.  The code on the gecko side is *very* simple to verify for correctness.
