The web page https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/get-involved contains at the bottom the very bold statement "Having trouble with Firefox and want some help?" This needs to be updated to "Having trouble with a Mozilla product and want some help?" as the landing page from the ask a question button land on the non product specific https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/new
Other content on https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/get-involved needs updating: Under We need your help! ("Firefox support") Under Why should I help? ("Help millions of Firefox users get the most out of their favourite browser.") The linked get-involved/questions and get-involved/l10n pages also contain content that should be made product-neutral.
Summary: Entry stating "Having trouble with Firefox and want some help?" needs updating → The get-involved webpage should be product-neutral (ex: Entry stating "Having trouble with Firefox and want some help?" needs updating)

Ricky, please change the following copy: -On the https://support.mozilla.org/en-us/get-involved page: * Change "Having trouble with Firefox and want some help?" to "Having trouble with a Mozilla product and want some help?" (do we have a character limit here?) * In "Used by more than 400 million people, Firefox support is fully powered by volunteers...." change "Firefox support" to "Mozilla Support". * In "Help millions of Firefox users get the most out of their favourite browser" change "Firefox users" simply to "users". - On https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/get-involved/l10n: * Change "Let's make Firefox speak your language!" to "Let's make Mozilla Support speak your language!" -On https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/get-involved/questions: * Remove the word "Firefox" from "Share your Firefox knowledge by pointing people to the right help articles and providing troubleshooting steps for their individual questions." Thanks for bringing this up, Matt and Alice.
