 DEFECT DESCRIPTION:
  Contact does not update after user modify the SIM contact by other devices and import again.
 
  REPRODUCING PROCEDURES:
  Precondition: There is a contact saved in SIM card(E.g Name:Test Phone: 123456)
  1. Enter "Contact -> Tap "Settings" icon -> Import Contacts -> SIM card "
  2. Modify the contact in SIM card by other devices(E.g Name: TestABC Phone: [phone])   
  3. Repeat step 1 and check the contacts in the list.
  4. Contact in the list does not update(K.O)
 
  EXPECTED BEHAVIOUR:
  Contact should be imported again after it was modified,both "Test" and "TestABC" are in the list.
