Pre-requisites:
Venezuela SIM

STR:
1. Tap dialer application.
2. Write invalid two digits number and press green key.

Actual result:
Error Screen is showed

Expected result:
The device tries to stablish the call and since it is a wrong number, a locution informing about that is heard.

With Vivo sim and user calls to invalid two digits number and press green key, the device tries to stablish the call and since it is a wrong number, a locution informing about that is heard.

We do NOT have a Venezuela SIM.

I checked with an AT&T SIM on Buri 1.3 anyway.

I get a 'Your call cannot be completed as dialed, please check the number and dial again.' voice message when dialing numbers like 11 or 22. I don't get an error screen like the bug described.
