Pressing Shift-Tab when the first component in a dialog window has focus
causes Mozilla to hang. This occurs also with Tab in certain dialogs.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Select File->Open Address...
2. Press Shift-Tab and watch Mozilla hang

More examples:

- Select Search->Find in this Page...
  Press Shift-Tab
- Select Bookmarks->File Bookmark...
  Press Shift-Tab
- Select Tasks->Tools->History
  Press Tab
- Select Search->Find in this Page...
  Enter random string not in page, press Return
  Press Tab in "text ... not found" dialog
Confirming with build 2001092003 on Win2k. CPU usage rises to 99%.

I believe this was actually fixed by my checkin for bug 100921.

Well, now Shift-Tab on the first component in the dialog does nothing at all.
It does no longer hang, but it also doesn't move the focus.

Is this covered by bug #83575, or should I file a separate report for this?

no longer see this --tested with comm verif bits [10/23] on linux rh6.2, winnt
and mac os 9/10.
