Steps to reproduce:

I do not know if I'm in the right place but I'm here on behalf of all the Windows Phone community to know if you are developing or will develop in the near future for the mobile platform Microsoft, since the system is growing too, and we look forward to using the Mozilla services there. Thank you! I await answers.

No, this is a bugtracker.

This is not a definitive answer (for which you should probably ask in https://mail.mozilla.org/listinfo/mobile-firefox-dev) but I am not aware of any efforts to develop a version of Firefox for Windows Phone. As far as I know, Microsoft won't let people build a third-party browser on RT-based systems, which was an issue we had with Firefox for "metro" as well.
