I have opened Service Now request RITM0031346 for this issue. In the future please use Service Now to request mailing list & distribution lists. Clarissa Sorenson has been assigned your request. Please feel free to follow up with her or myself with any questions.

mpoessy: that doesn't sound right. The language in this bug is a bit vague but the intent is that a newsgroup/Google Group/mailing list triple be created (you can see that from the name - "mozilla.community.pakistan"), and the place to file such requests is definitely here in Bugzilla, and has been for years. Mailing-list-only requests go in Service Now.

mpoessy: I'm fairly sure that won't work, I'm afraid. Standalone mailing lists are @mail.mozilla.org or @mozilla.org or @mozilla.com. The ones used for the combined discussion forums are @lists.mozilla.org, and all 3 have to be created at the same time or it doesn't work.

I think you will need to delete whatever mailing list has been created and start the standard process from the beginning.
