* Ability to count combined/moco/mofo
This is now opened up to mozilla.com email addresses and I've updated the messaging, team names etc so it can be used for MoCo as well as MoFo. https://adhoctribution.herokuapp.com/

@David & @Pierros, have a look and let me know if you'd like anything tweaked before the demo this week.

Activities that get logged against MoFo teams are in use already in our live dashboard, but so long as people testing this delete any dummy data they add it won't cause a problem.

Activities logged against MoCo team names won't appear anywhere yet as there is no front-end, but it is fine to record some real contributions in here if anyone is ready to.

Adam, this is great, thanks for adding access for @mozilla.com addresses.

I took a look at it and it seems ready for a demo to me. We can iterate on the teams and types of contributions needed for MoCo over time and what's there now illustrates the point.

I have info about this on the Grow Mozilla agenda for Thursday -- feel free to edit or add to what's there.

I'm marking this as resolved now. Any future features or tweaks can be filed as bugs via the links within the Ad-hoc logger.
