Steps to reproduce: 1. Submit a new app. 2. Open Reviewer tools page https://marketplace.allizom.org/reviewers 3. From the Queues drop down select app and find the app submitted in step 1. 4. Approve the app. 5. Open the review logs, find the app approved in step 4 and click on the Approved link. 6. Scroll the page down to the App History. Expected Results: In the app history section only the Approved action appears with all the correct information. Actual Results: In the app history section there are "extra" comments not related with the actual submission. Notes/Issues: Verified on FF32 (Win 7).
