While developing webgl context loss/resume handling on a packaged app to FFOS, I am seeing odd behavior with the related events:
1. Run a WebGL-based packaged application that listens to webgl context loss and restore events.
2. Push the home button to put the application to background and resume to home screen.
3. Wait for a moment.
Observed: After receiving the webglcontextlost event, the application will also receive the webglcontextrestored event, even though it is in the background and not the active/visible application.
Expected: The webglcontextrestored event should be received only when the user application is put to foreground again, since it is not rendering anything and does not need a WebGL context while in the background.
See an attached test application for experimenting with the behavior.
