Bug 935260 goes most of the way to refactoring and renaming CardView (cards_view) to TaskManager (task_manager). To avoid confusion we should eliminate card view references in file names, event names and variable names where possible. 

Note that the new look&feel, behavior and rocketbar integration is currently behind a HAIDA=1 build flag, but the refactoring stands with or without the rest of the Haida features. Task Manager and Card View are already used interchangably; I'm proposing we make the code agree on Task Manager as the name for this feature.

I'm actually disinclined to do this now. With the horizontal-style task strip, and the direction to move some of the display and logic into an AppWindow subcomponent, "cards view" is a better descriptor (code-wise) than Task Manager - which is probably more useful as a user-facing feature name. Either way, I'm sure this will settle out all by itself without an explicit bug, and I wouldn't want someone spending time on this in the meantime.
