User downloads and installs Youtube from Marketplace. User taps Youtube App then selects drawers icon in upper left to get What to Watch selections. User selects Music then the Videos tab. When selecting any video and the share icon, user can select the URL and it can illuminate and stay illuminated intermittently without any other effect. This is concerning because it gives the illusion of something expected to happen. Repro Steps: 1) Updated Flame to BuildID: 20140513000208 2) Tap Youtube 3) Select Drawers icon and select Music 4) Select Videos tab and select any video 5) Tap share icon and tap the URL beneath Share this video but above Google+ Actual: Intermittently, the URL will illuminate and stay illuminated. Expected: URL will illuminate but not stay illuminated ever. This would be consistent with 1.4 Buri. This issue does not reproduce on 1.4 Buri. Following the STR in comment 0, selection of the URL does not display an illuminated highlight around the URL after repeated attempts. This does not reproduce on v1.3 with v10F-3 after approximately 100 attempts.
The branch analysis here doesn't really make sense to me - I'd expect something like this to be consistent across all branches. Can we double check this?

I was able to reproduce this on all of the builds listed below. When tapped normally the link will illuminate and after releasing there is a dotted box around the link. However, if the user holds their finger down on the link and slides before releasing the link will remain fully illuminated.
