Provide updates for the 'Requesting and Adding New Features' section of Build page of the site.  See: https://mobilepartners.mozilla.org/build/ . Specify what to change from and change to in your response.

At a minimum this should include:
1) Requesting and Adding New Features:  Please confirm that this section is ok as is or  supply new copy / structure for this section.

In the BUILD section of https://mobilepartners.mozilla.org/build/ 
a partner can request a new feature.

Here is the form that is presented to the customer:
https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/form.fxos.feature

Adam,
I reviewed the form and it captures the necessary elements that a partner might want to capture.
Can you review the form and suggest any changes if there need be?
I know we had a lot of discussions internally how to capture feature requests better.
But I am not sure if we want to expose any bugzilla flags to the partners here..

I think the request here has more to do with the content of that section.  For example, as we have vastly simplified the feature request form; do we still require the section on Bugzilla etiquette?

I think the FE form is just fine, and no need to expose Bugzilla flags as it just makes it more complicated.
