1010001 - in the save file dialog (popup window), if I tried to "create a new directory", FF will hang

Steps to reproduce:

First, I am on windows 7 Prof (traditional Chinese version), using FF 29.0.1 (I have noticed this problem in 28.x as well). It was working before.

It's not hard to repro. 
 1) open any web page
 2) go to File/Save pages as
 3) in the popup dialogue (I think this is the native windows file explorer), just navigate to some where you have write permission, then add a new folder, this will hang the browser

The only way to get out of the hang is to kill FF via task manager.

I have tried to save html, jpg, pdf, etc to a new folder, and I always experience some behavior.

a new folder created

The Save As dialog doesn't have the option to create a new folder.

Marking this as Invalid.  If you reopen, please clarify step 3.
