1010009 - Enable seccomp-bpf support on Nexus 5

Tag "android-4.4.2_r1" in device/lge/hammerhead-kernel is built from source revision adb2201560e9cf52cf58946dacf03b22202c7595, also called "android-msm-hammerhead-3.4-kitkat-mr1".

This will need the seccomp-bpf patches backported, a fork of the prebuilt kernel repo under our control, and the source pushed to a repo we control (our GitHub clone of CodeAurora kernel/msm should work).

We're not doing Nexus 5 builds on releng, so we don't need a mirror.
