+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #1010021 +++ In order to test 3rd-party IME installation flow, we need to install a app during the test so that we could test see the installation setup dialog, etc.
We could leverage fake server as rocketbar test for this, https://github.com/mozilla-b2g/gaia/blob/master/apps/system/test/marionette/rocketbar_test.js So close this one.
