We are adding a section/page to the mobilepartner site that will provide details to Operators on how to configure builds to include pre-installed apps.  Please provide current information for V1.3 and V1.4 (if different).  Also please identify if there are any variances for the Tarako device.

Karen, is it what you need on comment 1? detail of preload app per sim card is in "Other Customization - Applications"[1]

Karen,
it's a bit unclear what you refer to. In the section of mobilepartners.mozilla.com, do you want to have:
1. information on how to pre-load apps (which is what Yuren pointed to)
2. the process of pre-loading apps from the Marketplace or 
3. if there are any differences between 1.3, 1.3T and 1.4?
