We are enabling the context menu in https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=941266 however it isnt going to be enabled for all applications as it will cause a bunch of bugs, this bug is tracking enabling it
I filed bug 1029336 on only doing this for non-certified apps.
