STR:
1. Launch Firefox.
2. Navigate to about:accounts page and click on Get Started button.

Expected results: The <select> tag for Year is properly displayed.

Actual results: The <select> tag for Year is not properly displayed.

Sorry to leave this unattended for so long; we've actually shipped a new version of the age-detector that doesn't use a dropdown, so this should no longer be a problem.
