Description

1) Install a hosted version of Bicho.
2) Automate updates with Heroku Scheduler.
3) Build an API that can query the Bicho/Grimoire database to match the contributor API spec.

The data is currently importing though will take several hours to complete.

Next is to build the queries and host these as another heroku app for aggredash to talk to.
