User Story

- Once the call has been successfully established (coming via bug 1007681 and bug 1009886) the user will be shown a screen where he will see:

1.) The details of the person I am talking to: I can see the ID of the contact I am talking to. If the contact is in my address book I can also see his name and picture (if available and the other party is not streaming video)
2.) The duration of the call.
3.) In case of Audio+Video Calls the video stream(s) that are published (it should be possible that both or only of the participants publish their video streams).

- For audio only calls, this screen is de-activated (screen is switched-on) via proximity sensor to avoid accidentally finished calls.

- If during a video+audio call the screen is switched-off or the app is moved to the background, the video is disabled while keeping the audio.
