As part of the post-guillotine work, remove anything from media/css/zamboni and media/js/zamboni that we don't use (ideally all of it).

No longer depends on: 1009945
This suite of [repoman] code cleanups are going to get more and more tangled due to code that is re-used from before we used module imports consistently. After talking with Andy we decided the time would be better used looking at other [repoman] issues.
