From Bugzilla Helper:
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win 9x 4.90; en-US; rv:0.9.4) Gecko/20010913
BuildID: 2001091303

According to this web page, the text anchor just above the table should *not*
turn orange when clicked. It does. Or at least reddish :o)

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Load page
2.Click mouse buttom on the text "anchor" and hold
3. Observe the color

Actual Results: Link change color

Expected Results: Link unchanged

This page is a CSS1 tester page.
Mozilla is following CSS2 on this one... and CSS2 does not exclude named anchors
from being :active.

That said, duplicate of 'a:active shouldn't apply for <a name="...">'
