When trying to download a file from an ftp that is full, the save file dialog still apppears.
Confirmed. By me. But who am I... Win98/0.9.4
confirming with build 2001092203 on Win2k when trying to download following file ftp://ftp.scene.org/pub/parties/2000/ambience00/demo/lm_b3a.zip (this FTP server is often very busy).
Didn't find any dupes -> marking NEW.

I first encountered this bug before finding this bug report (thanks to Jesse on #mozillazine) and then confirming it. Might be a regression.

ftp -> me However, this works for me in 0.9.4 on linux. I get the "too may users dialog", but no save as dialog. Is this a windows only thing?
