Description:
When it is enabled, no 'airplane mode on' message is displayed to user in the notification pull down, instead only the 'no sim' or 'new sim' messages are seen.
Repro Steps:
1) Updated Open_C to BuildID: 20140514000204
2) Pull down the notifications menu
3) Tap the airplane icon to toggle airplane mode on
4) Observe lack of 'airplane mode on' message
5) Tap the airplane icon to toggle off airplane mode
6) Repeat steps 3-5 multiple times
Actual:
No 'airplane mode on' message is ever displayed.
Expected:
Airplane mode displays a message alerting the user that is has enabled correctly.
