In the data migration in zamboni to configure existing paid webapps to work with the new public_id centric payment model, we look up their existing product_ids in Solitude and set them in Zamboni. However it only uses one configured payment account, rather than handling the possibility of multiple accounts. Loop over all configured payment accounts to attempt to find the existing public_id, if it exists.
