Description:
When unlocking and locking the phone rapidly while the phone is in ladscape view, the user will only see the wallpaper of the phone and nothing else on the screen

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Open_C to BuildID: 20140513000208
2) Open either Gallery, or Browser app
3) Lock the screen
4) Unlock the phone
5) As the phone is being unlock quickly press the lock screen button 3-4 times in an attempt to get back to the lockscreen

Actual:
Phone will only show the wallpaper and nothing else

Expected:
Phone always turns off the screen or shows the lock screen when pressing the lock screen button

Notes: This issue does not seem to occur with apps other than Browser or Gallery. This issue also seems to repro more easily when the phone is tilted in landscape view. When this issue is successfully repro'ed, the gallery will now be much smaller.
