Environment:
Build: Android 30 Beta 4
Device: Motorola Raz (Android 4.0.4)

Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/android/;
2. Install Cat Facts panel;
3. Tap on URL bar and navigate to Cat Facts panel.

Expected result:
Cat Facts panel is displayed containing feeds.

Actual result:
Cat Facts panel is displayed containing only the grid lines, with no feed.
This is actually bug 974454, which isn't on Fx30. I updated the cat facts AMO listing to only be compatible with Fx31+, so users shouldn't run into this.
