STR:
1. Right-click on the desktop and select Personalize.
2. Select any High Contrast theme.
2. Open Firefox.
3. Right click on the tab bar and Check the Menu Bar.
4. Select any menu and hover over it's items.
Actual result:
The Menu items remain highlighted if hovered over them.
Expected result:
Only the focused menu item should be highlighted.
This issue reproduces on:
1. Latest Nightly, build ID: 20140514030203
